Caitlin Willson is a senior economic education specialist serving Maryland, West Virginia and Washington, D.C. In her role, she delivers educational presentations and programing on behalf of the Richmond Fed and provides content creation and community engagement.

Before joining the Bank in 2023, Willson spent four years at a financial institution working on financial inclusion initiatives and community outreach programs. Her previous experience includes low-income resource navigation and implementing and managing a financial resiliency program with a nonprofit.

Willson earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Seattle University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in public administration from the George Washington University.
